Hey there, I'm Tanya!
I help LDS women build a better relationship with themselves.
Let's discover a new way of thinking and feeling aboutwho you TRULY ARE so you can live your best life NOW! It's all within your reach!

Let's be honest, you don't just want to feel better about yourself. You want the lasting peace that comes from KNOWING that your worth is complete, unconditional, and unwavering simply because there is breath in you.
You desire a strong and clear understanding of who you are. You want confidence to walk out the door each day and tackle whatever God places in your path, knowing you have the tools to direct the outcomes of your life.
Afterall, you're spectacular!
YOU JUST DON"T KNOW IT YET!
As a fellow LDS woman, I know you question your worth. There's that constant doubt if you're a good person, a loving wife, a present mom, an attentive daughter, sister, and friend, and the perfect Christian woman who's void of any weakness and never struggles (if you ever meet HER, let me know). The list just goes on and on, and no matter how hard you try, you believe you're not enough.
You're exhausted! You're defeated! You feel stuck! And you just might feel alone!
THE GOOD NEWS: You can change and conquer all of those un-serving thoughts!
There's a better way to build a healthy relationship with yourself and get to the root of your negatively perceived identity. It's way past time to eliminate the clutter from your mind and turmoil from your soul. That weight is just too heavy to carry.
THERE IS SOMETHING BETTER!
And that is where I swoop in and say:
TAKE A DEEP BREATH...I've got you!
We're going to build your self-love and watch you soar!

Want to know my story?
My journey of how/why I became a life coach started with a failed marriage of 27 years. This was an agonizing turn of events in my life, also one of my biggest blessings (stay with me here). Ending my marriage was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but it was necessary to put an unhealthy, unhappy, and lonely relationship to rest.
I had nothing left to give!
I became estranged from my four adult children; some more than others, believing that divorce is easier on adult children. I couldn't have been more wrong! Unfortunately, I didn't have much to give them as I was now navigating a whole new mess of stressors and grieving a marriage I thought would last forever.
This took a huge toll on me; especially in how I thought and felt about myself.
Honestly though, getting divorced felt like the cherry on top of my personal life which had been dominated by doubts, fears, shame, self-loathing, depression and failures. Unfortunately, that list is not exhaustive, but you get the idea. I knew I had a long ways to go to heal from all the mental and emotional turmoil to feel better about myself. I wasn't even sure where to start.
But lo and behold, I'm an overachiever and decided that I hadn't quite hit rock bottom just yet. I began to make choices that took me down a path I would not wish for anyone to walk. I knew these decisions were in direct correlation to how I felt about myself, but didn't have the desire or energy to care. I became inactive in my LDS ward and several months following my divorce, I was disfellowshipped.
I had definitely found the bottom, and no one had the power to change that circumstance but me.
Fast Forward...
With time, counseling, a change of hearts, repentance, forgiveness, healing, countless prayers, and the gift of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, my ex-husband and I found our way back to each other. We are not enjoying a new, compassionate, patient, and loving relationship that I never dreamed was possible. Trust me, the statics for this phenomenon is not lost on me.
BUT...the barrage of negatives that had dominated most of my life were still lingering in the background, pushing their way to my mind and heart way too often. Something had to change. I needed to fill the gap that continued to steal my peace and happiness.
I knew it had to begin and end with me.
That "aha" moment led mt to getting trained as a certified life coach.
I learned:
- How to be aware of my thoughts and the power they have.
- How to choose my thoughts deliberately.
- How to develop the confidence to handle my emotions.
- How to solve problems and set goals with teaching tools.
AND SO MUCH MORE!
I began to change my thoughts and the years of unrequited self-love began to unravel and disappear. I had found the tools, knowledge, and the support that no self-help book, podcase, inspirational meme, or Twinkie could even begin to touch.
Over the past several months as a certified life coach, I've guided clients through my program and have seen tremendous growth and change in how they navigate their daily lives. All because of learning to manage what goes on between their ears!
And nothing excites me more than getting to help amazing women like you do the same.
Let's get back to what really matters!
Hopefully it's not a traumatic life event like a divorce that has brought you here, ready to change your thoughts in order to change your life.
For you, it may be because you want to:
- Learn more about your brain and the power of your thoughts.
- Take the time to nurture your own mental health and self-care.
- Fulfill your deepest desires to achieve big goals and dreams with a healthier mind and heart.
(Yes, all of the above are great reasons to be here.)
The objective here is the same:
Build a loving, authentic, beautiful relationship with yourself through mind and heart work to create the peace and joy your life craves!

Why I do what I do...

I believe
The things you say, think, and feel about yourself, have the power to create limitations or create possibilities. You get to choose!

I believe
We all have a past and present struggles and weaknesses. This is what makes us human. This is the space we have the potential to learn and grow the most.

I believe
The lens through which you see yourself determines the outcomes in your daily life. Focusing on the positive diminishes the influence of the negative.
A few of my favorite things
* My handsome, loving, funny husband who blesses my life every day.
* My four beautiful kiddos, two extra sons, one extra daughter, and three precious granddaughters that OWN my heart.
* Cheesecake and tacos.
* Sleep!
* Laughing...so good for the soul.
* Books! I'd hoard them if I had the space.
MOST IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT ME...
>> I'm a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
>> I'm a Christian, daughter of God, and my faith is the very foundation of who I am and who I strive to be.
>> Even though I fail daily, my brother, Jesus Christ is my constant reminder that there's always hope, joy, and peace through the gift of His Atonement. Because of this and SO MUCH MORE, it is my prayer that my words will always point you to Him, and that you too can come to know Him as I do.
